・After inserting the upper part of the mouthpiece between the upper lip and the gum, insert the lower part inside the inner part of your lower front teeth and close your mouth gently clenching your back teeth. Adjust the angle of the lower jaw.
・Always use the safety strap when using this product.
・After fitting the mouthpiece fixate the mouth with the included tape. It will prevent the upper part of the mouthpiece from floating up and the lower jaw from falling down.
